“For Sold Results” may have a nice ring to it as a marketing slogan, but for Kathy Daniels it is an apt description of what she achieves for her home buyer and seller clients.

First, her early experience as a mortgage loan representative equips her to not only understand the real estate finance market but the needs of her buyer clients.

Her team includes mortgage professionals who solve problems and get the job done for her buyers and sellers.

Then, there’s the fact that she’s a 30-year resident of San Diego County who well understands the region’s dynamic housing market – including Downtown San Diego where she and her husband own two ballpark area condominiums – and especially in North San Diego County where she was among the first Realtors to open Prudential California Realty’s Escondido office.

For more than a decade now, Kathy has specialized in working with buyers and sellers in beautiful south and southwest Escondido. In fact, she is the dominant Realtor in several neighborhoods in that area. Her work also takes her into other areas, including Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Valley Center, and the North Coast.

But it’s more than her professional experience and expertise that helps Kathy deliver results for her clients. It’s her enthusiasm for what she does and her “stick-to-it” attitude that makes it happen. Kathy loves houses of all shapes and sizes and working with people to solve their home buying and selling needs.

“I know what it takes to get the best price for my sellers and, at the same time, what home buyers are looking for,” Kathy explains. “This enables me to bring buyers and sellers together to fulfill their expectations and desires.”

Locally, Kathy and her husband, Dick, have two adult sons. She is a member of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors®, the Escondido Chamber of Commerce and is a founding member of the Escondido Education Foundation Board of Directors.
